Yes ,definitely getting more than 50% (UR)a more than 40 % ( SC/ST/OBC) in higher secondary will make you eligible for NEET exam .
A score of 500+ is a good score for getting a seat. But the cut off changes every year depending on various factors . This year to get government college 535+ is a good score for general category.
Therefore try to score as more as possible.
