No, there is no problem if you have given improvement exam from NIOS board.
Earlier NIOS board was not being accepted in NEET but now that rule has been updated and this open board marksheet is also valid in NEET examination provided that you have scored aggregate 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subject in both Classes 11th and 12th from a recognized board if you are general candidate. The same criteria has some relaxation of aggregate percentage for OBC, SC, ST and PWD.
