Agar maine spanish language khud se seekhi hui hai aur fluent bhi hu lekin certificate nhii h kyuki institute se nhi padha toh certificate kha se aur kaise milega jisse job kar sku????

It's great that you've learnt a whole new language by yourself. However, if you talk about getting a job, it might be difficult for you as every company will give their first preference to a person with a institute certification on that language. However, you can build your resume by doing several good internships related to your field. This can lead to full-time job as well.
