NEET has been scheduled for September 13th and it will happen as scheduled. And So to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Now it is not clear whether you have not secured the required aggregate or faile din any of the subjects. But ideally you should fulfill the above mentioned criteria before the NEET Counselling begins. NEET 2020 Counselling might begin tentatively around 1-2 weeks of October and by then you should have completed your 12th. But if you exam is in October and the results are announced in November, unfortunately you cannot be considered eligible for Counselling. You can appear for NEET exam but will not qualify for Counselling and admission.
