See if you resign an upgraded seat or even if you take an exit after round 2 of NEET UG counselling of Rajasthan then you won't get any refund of fee because the registration fee is already non-refundable and security money is not refunded if you take an exit after round 2nd of NEET UG counselling so you would not get any amount as refund.
