Hello dear student,
As it's difficult to understand what do you exactly want to ask but as far as I can understand by your question so I would answer you accordingly. so as I understand by a question is if you are SC category student and you obtain 128 marks in NEET it so if you can take admission in MBBS college. to be eligible to get admission in private medical colleges in neet you neet to clear the cut off marks criteria so that you can take admission. I would like to tell you that if you obtain 128 marks then dear student you cannot get admission in government medical colleges as these are very less marks to get admission in government Medical College. why you need to clear the cutoff criteria as I said earlier so the minimum percentile required by you as your schedule caste category student so the percentile required by you is 40 percentile. The marks will be out only after the exam takes place. as cutoff marks are decided on various factors like number of candidate appeared in exam, difficulty level of exam, total seat available etc. so if you clear the cutoff criteria then you will be eligible to take admission in the private colleges as you need to clear the cutoff to be eligible to take admission in private medical colleges. I hope this was helpful for you dear student.
Thank you
