In CDS exam also known as Combined Defence Services,the candidates have to fulfill very varied parameters of eligibility criteria which includes nationality, age ,educational qualification ,marital status and physical conditions.
In that physical conditions one such requirement come that is age and height requirement which you are asking for.
To be eligible for CDS OTA female,the minimum height required is 5 feet=152.48cm and sometimes the candidates from the region of northeast and Garhwali or Kumauni are eligible with height of 5 cm less than the minimum height required.
The age limit for the candidates varies according to the CDS courses but if we talk about the round figure then it varies from 19 to 25 years.

For CDS OTA( Women, Non-Technical) the age limit is 19 to 25 years and the minimum height should be 152 cm.

>> Indian Military Academy - 19 to 24 years
>> Indian Naval Academy - 19 to 24 years
>> Air Force Academy - 20 to 24 years
>> Officers' Training Academy (Men) - 19 to 25 years
>> Officers Training Academy (Women, Non-Technical) - 19 to 25 years
****** The minimum height of female candidates should be 152 cm for OTA (non-technical).
Apart from the age and height criteria there are some other parameters upon which your eligibility will be determined like your educational qualification which goes like :-
**Indian Military Academy - Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University or equivalent institute
**Indian Naval Academy - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a recognised University/ College
**Air Force Academy - Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor degree in engineering
**OTA (Men) - Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University or equivalent institute
**OTA (Women - Non-Technical) - Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University or equivalent institute
