2.Entrance exam

3.Minimum age required = 21 years.
4.Maximum age required = 30 years and a relaxation of 5 years for reserved category candidates at some organisations.
5.Educational qualification;Candidates are usually required to hold a degree in pharmacy or medicine or pharmaceutical sciences.Degree with specification in microbiology or clincal pharmacology is usually prefered.

To become a drug Inspector a candidate needs to have completed his graduation in pharmacy or pharmaceutical science or clinical pharmacology or micro-biology or medicine or any other equivalent qualification with these specializations from a recognized university or institution.
To become a drug Inspector a candidate’s age should be in between 21 years to 30 years. Upper age limit could be 35 years or more at some of the organizations. The reserved category candidates get relaxation in upper age limit according to the rules laid down by the government.
