Actually some rules and regulations are there which they have to follow that's why they are not taking it.

Yo can ask them for coloured photocopy of documents if they allowed you.

But if they didn't allow so deleminate the documents.go to the store of lamination and ask them for some easy solution they will help you to delaminat by heating the documents.
