agr mujhe uptu mai ek college mil gya h aur mene use free or flote nhi kiya h to kya mai 2nd round choices ko upgrade kr skti hu ?

Since you have not choosen freeze or float that means you have been withdrawn from the current round and in the next round, you have to fill your choices again and then you will be alloted college according to the new choice preference you have provided.
