Dear,
Agricultural Engineering requires a solid background in mathematics, and also sound knowledge of science subjects like biology, chemistry and physics. Knowledge of English, social studies, computer literacy and humanities also play an important role.Agricultural engineers work in farming, including aquaculture (farming of seafood), forestry, and food processing. You need to work on a wide variety of projects.Employment of agricultural engineers is projected to grow 5 percent over the next ten years, about as fast as the average for all occupations. It is safe to say that number of Government job posts are available for Graduates. B.E./B.Tech. graduates may join Agriculture Departments of different State Governments. You may easily land Officer post in this department. Each department has scope if you are interested in that field.
Hope this helps!
