AICTE vs UGC approved courses which is best & why?

Hi,
AICTE is All India Council for Technical Education. It mainly deals with Technical Education only. UGC is University Grants Commission which is a statutory body which is set up by the Government of India. UGC is internationally recognised while AICTE is not. If a college is UGC approved then it is not necessarily to be AICTE approved. So,UGC approved college is better.
