Aiims 21000 rank SC 1500 do I have any chance for getting seat in open counselling?

The score is quite high, and with this rank, it would be a bit difficult, but in the open counselling you might have a good chance in the college, but the branch would be one of the last ones.
and if Branch is your priority then you will have to prove them .
