*General - 1 to 51

Marks of the last candidate getting admission - 705

* General EWS - 215

Marks of the last candidate getting admission - 695

* OBC - 218

Marks of the last candidate getting admission - 691

* SC - 1198

Marks of the last candidate getting admission - 675

* ST - 2239

Marks of the last candidate getting admission - 660

As you know that AIIMS cutoff depends on NEET score and various other factors.You need to score an elite rank to enter into AIIMS Delhi. The effort you give will be worth it when you make it into the college.

Factors that are considered :

• Number of students participating in the exam.
• Total number of seats.
• Difficulty level of paper...etc

The minimum marks required for AIIMS delhi 2021 are:

OC---665

Obc---660

ST----630

SC----600

If you need in terms of Ranks then its around

General---50-100

OBC-----230-290

SC-----2500-2800

ST-----2000-1500
