Answering your question yes you can affix the same photograph that you have uploaded while doing the registration for aiims exam  as it won't be any problem at examination centre . All you need to keep in mind that it should be passport sized only . Remember you have to carry only passport sized photograph ,admit card and your identity card to the examination centre
