AIIMS MBBS entrance 2019: can we reach the examination centre anytime between 7:30 & 8:45am?

You need to reach centre of the exam before one hour of starting the exam for eg exam is start on 9:00Am then you need to reach at the centre between 7:30Am to 8:15Am.
And it is advisable that you visit your centre of your exam before one day of your exam.
