According to the AIIMS MBBS eligibility criteria, the candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. The minimum aggregate of the marks General and OBC candidates need to have scored in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in their Class 12 or HSC examination must be 60%.

The AIIMS MBBS eligibility criteria is that you must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
As you belong to the OBC category, you would require a minimum aggregate of the marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in their Class 12 or HSC examination to be 60% to be eligible for AIIMS.
Considering your marks in 12th, you do not seem to be eligible for AIIMS.
