Aima has reuploaded the MAT December 2019 result today. Yesterday it was showing that I have scored 45 percentile. Now it is showing that I have got 98 percentile. I should consider today's result only, right?

Yes, you should consider only the result uploaded today.

Definitely, there have been some mistake (or may be some technical problem) in the result uploaded yesterday, that's why they removed the result just after they upload the same.

You are advised not to consider yesterday's result and for now, consider only the today's one.
