You didn't mention your category in question So I give an overview of all categories but next time please make sure you provide all necessary details in the query itself. Based on the 2018 cutoff, If you belong to OBC/SC/ST then for 7600 rank you have pretty good chances to get a seat in NRS/RG Kar/IPGMER colleges under AIQ as well as SQ. But if you belong to General category then it is quite difficult for your rank to get a seat in above-mentioned college because the 2018 cutoff rank for General category is as follows

NRS Medical College        - 5728

RG Kar                             - 6171

IPGMER -        3084

But remember cutoff varies every year based on several factors like no.of students appeared, etc. So don't lose hope.
