Dear Aspirant,
NEET 2021 is open to Indian citizens, non-resident Indians (NRIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs), and international nations. Aspirants who meet the NEET eligibility criteria listed below and complete the application process by the deadline will be eligible to take the medical entrance exam in the 2021 session. Aspirants should be aware that if they wish to study medicine at the undergraduate level, they must take and pass the NEET 2021 exam. NEET is now required for aspirants who seek to study medicine overseas yet return to India to practise medicine.

Qualifying Exam for NEET 2021
Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.

Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2021.
NEET Maximum Age Limit*
The decision on the upper age limit is pending, so, all candidates are provisionally eligible to apply for NEET 2021.
NEET eligibility marks 2021
The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2021 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
Maximum Number of Attempts for NEET
There are no restrictions on the maximum NEET attempt limit 2021.

There's no maximum/ upper age limit for neet 2021, earlier there was age limit of 25 years for Neet but now this matter is in Supreme Court and till the supreme court passes judgement on it, there is no upper age limit for neet examination
And now, there's Only minimum age limit for neet according to which ,to be eligible for neet one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December of the year in which one is appearing for Neet examination

Neet 2021 eligibility criteria says that to be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.
