So , from the above data with an AIR of about13.5k and being a general category candidate,getting a government medical college in Mumbai seem to be a bit difficult for you eventhough there are a lot other government colleges in Maharashtra that you'll get easily based on your AIR . I'll advice you to undergo the Counselling process properly till the last round and do choice filling really carefully ,placing the colleges you prefer the most at the very beginning.
