AIUR11020,State 1039up rank,wants to know if I get seat allotted in 2 Nd AI counseling,not satisfied want to upgrade what are the possibilities 1-Dont report to allotted college 2-Report to allotted college 3- Get better option in state round 2 counseling & report. also tell in both Mop up eligible.

If you are not satisfied just report to the college and go through the next counselling because you need to save seat if you have no more options.

If you get a seat in second round of All India Counselling, you have two options -

• You can join the allotted join.
• You do not join the college and exit the counselling.

If you join the allotted college in second round of counselling, then you cannot leave the seat. But, if you do not join the allotted college then you need to exit the counselling with forfeiture of registration fee. You need to do fresh registration if you want to do mop up round of All India Counselling.

Based on previous year cut off, you can get the following colleges through Uttar Pradesh State Quota -
