Yes , 11th and 12th NCERTs are good for Inorganic chemistry ,the whole chemistry NCERT class 11 and 12 book is good enough for JEE mains,NEET and class 11 and 12 boards.

Class 11th:
- Classification of Element and Periodicity
- Hydrogen
- S- block Elements
- P- block Elements
- Environmental Chemistry
12th
- P- block Element
- D- and f- block Elements
- General Principle and Process of Isolation of Elements
