Hello,
In order to get admission in NITs you need to qualify JEE main and the minimum cut off marks for qualifying JEE main is as follows for the year 2019 Category wise
  • CRL: 89.7
  • GEN-EWS: 78.2
  • OBC: 74.3
  • SC: 54.01
  • ST: 44.33
  • PwD: 0.11
But cut off changes every year it may increase or decrease slightly and it depends on previous years cut off trends, number of candidates appeared, number of seat available etc.You should score above cut off marks to increase the chances of getting a seat in NITs merely scoring minimum marks may not help you.
