Hello Candidate,
The authorities have not published any cut off lists yet, but according to previous years data you have moderate chances of getting EE at IISC Bangalore and high chances of getting EE at IIT Jodhpur and IIT Patna.
The closing rank for IIT jodhpur was 3000 and for IIT Patna it was 4599.
