Although the cut-offs vary every year, but, with this rank you have quite good possibility to get MS general surgery at all India quota level. You also can get a seat in tamil nadu state quota. You can get government institutions or even private or deemed if you can afford. Generally the MS general surgery seats are filled at rank 5000. But you still have a chance.
