Hello dear , The net salary of ISRO Scientist is 56100 – 177500. In addition to it, the ISRO Scientist Engineer/ Scientist also gets additional benefits & allowances as well. Like the cogs of a giant wheel, scientists at ISRO perform various roles. According to Indeed, a global jobs website, those working in the field of space research can earn average annual salaries ranging from Rs 1.5 lakh to Rs 6.12 lakh. Selected candidates will be appointed for various scientist and engineer posts under Level 10 of Pay matrix. They'll be liable for the minimum monthly salary of INR 56100/-.

No, not all the scientists get same salary. But yes, scientists related to the same department may get same salary. Just like new employee and experience employee in the company receives different salaries. scientists of different kinds of Fields gets different salaries except if they are more seniors then others
