Prime numbers are like 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29, 31, 37 and so on. So from the list you can see that 2 is an even number, which is divisible by 2 itself but at the same time it is prime number. So all other prime numbers except 2 are odd.

No all prime numbers are not odd numbers ,there is an exception

2 is a prime number but it is a even number.

So all prime numbers are not odd number .
