There is a bond in place for each medical college's students. You must go to mcc.nic.in if it is for NEET PG. After that, select NEET PG counselling. You can choose Participating Institutions from the menu there. You will see a list of colleges if you click it. There is a pdf file in that list that contains all the information, including the bond, stipend, and fees. To access the page directly, go to https://mcc.nic.in/PGCounselling/Home/GetInstituteProfile.
