In one word, Yes.

MBA is that one course which regularly needs to be revised and updated as per the industry requisites. Our state run universities and institutes(barring the IIMs) fail to do this, eventually finding their course structure far inferior to private and autonomous universities which invests time and money on researching and modifying course content more frequently. However, they do have stringent regulations and policies regarding attendance and marks which you may find difficult to embrace.
