No komal , there will be no assertion and Reasoning type questions in neet even though now aiims and Jipmer have been merged with neet.
The neet examination pattern is still the same , so you don't need to worry about assertion and Reasoning type questions at all.
Neet paper pattern :-
Also NEET 2020 application has been released by nta on December 2, 2019 in online mode at ntaneet.nic.in and the last date to register and fill the application form of NEET 2020 is December 31, 2019 , so you need to make sure that you fill the application form between these dates and the neet examination will be conducted on May 3, 2020.

- In your Neet 2020 examination , you will have 180 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology . 45 questions will be from Physics, 45 questions from Chemistry, and 90 questions will be from your biology.
- 4 marks will be awarded to you for every correct answer and there is negative marking of one mark for every wrong answer.
