Hai Tauseef Alam,

It would be more helpful if you provide the name of college. There are many colleges that offer B.Ed. course which are affiliated to different Universities. The fees thus vary depending on University and college type where you are admitted to. In government colleges the fees will be much less than private colleges, which is general in case. It can range range between 20,000 and 1,20,000 depending colleges.

You can mention the college name to get accurate answer.
