Hi Aniika,

If aluminum chloride in acidified aqueous solution forms a complex A and Al is in hybridisation state of B. Then, A is [Al (H2O)6 ] 3+ that is hexa aqua aluminium (III) ion, and B is sp3d2 hybridisation.
