Am from Svu region AP.if I want to join a medical college present in AU region of ap. Then should I apply for All India councelling? or state councelling?

All India Counselling is for all the Colleges of the country, belonging to all the states. So if you specifically want a college in Andhra Pradesh, you will have to apply for the State counselling.
