According to your score in JEE Mains 2019 you are elligible for JEE advance 2019. Last year an eligibility criteria was 74 for general, 45 for OBC, 29 for SC, 24 for ST respectively. So, you are definitely elligible for previous year cutoff of JEE Mains. Also you should have minimum score of 75% marks in board exam and must be in top 20 percentile in board exam to get seat into total 23 IIT.

Hello! Hope you are doing well. Firstly, congratulations for your score in JEE Mains. Actually, the official cut off for this year is not announced yet. So we have to wait a little. But usually, the candidate should have at least of 75% marks in boards. For SC/ST and PWD it is 65%. national testing academy - NTA will release marking , ranking and cutoff of JEE main 2019 on 30th april 2019 untl that you can refer previous year cutoff to get an rough idea about cutoff . minimum marks to qualify for JEE advance last year was 74 marks.
