Am i eligible for EWS quota for state quota in west bengal if its EWS from Uttar pradesh??

Hey,
For All India Counselling, your EWS category will be considered in every state for seats falling under the ALL india Quota. But to be eligible for a state quota, you need to either be a resident of the state or you should have cleared your Higher Secondary School examination from the respective state.
