Hello Rakesh!
For filling the form of Jee Main you don't need any percentage criteria. But for getting admission in IIT's, NIT's you should have at least 75% in the exam or your marks should be in the top 20 percentage.
Hope it answer your concerns.
Hi Rakesh ! Admission to NIT's and IIT's is absolutely impossible for you doesn't have 75% marks in class 12 board and for not being in the top 20 percentile. Admission in GFTI is also impossible because you have not qualified the eligibility criteria of JEE main exam. GFTI doesn't admit the students through central counselling but instead shortlist the student through their admission procedure where they evaluate marks of JEE main and class 12 board in the ratio of 60:40. So it is quite hard to get an admission into government colleges. Sometimes GFTI takes if that particular student has done brilliantly in JEE main exam. GFTI sometimes prefer JEE main marks. Well if you are from caste other than general then admission in GFTI is not possible too because at that is 65% board marks. So best of luck !
