Hello Rasineni,
You have scored 81 percentile in January JEE Mains, and if we calculate your rank, it would be somewhere less than 2,00,000.
Only 2,24,000 candidates will be selected for JEE ADVANCED and if your rank is within this range then only you will be eligible to sit for JEE Advanced. For now you lie on the border line and one cannot predict the exact rank with this percentile. Since many candidates will appear again in April to improve their percentile and NTA will consider best of the two percentile, there is a fair chance that your rank will go beyond this range.
For now I would suggest you to study hard for the April JEE Mains exam and try to secure more marks so that there is no barrier between you and JEE Advanced.
You must also fulfill the other criteria like scoring 75% in class 12th final examination or be among the top 20 percentile of your Board.
All the best.

Hello Rasineni
The official Jee Advanced cutoff will be released by NTA after the conclusion of the April session of the exam. The cutoff is predicted to be about 85 percentile, so you might not qualify for the exam under the general category, however, you might qualify under the category cutoff.
But still keep your finger crossed and hope for the best.
