Am I eligible for jee advanced 2019 as I have secured 92 percentile in jee mains 2019 but it was my third attempt I had pass 12 in 2017

As per the criteria you are not eligible to give jee advanced because you can give jee advanced only 2 times but it will be your third attempt .
So you have only JEE mains option with you.
And 92 percentile is not very good score to get admission in top colleges .
So I would suggest you to score more in April exam .
