Yes, you are eligible for the M.Sc in Neuroscience. B.Sc Biology is a broad field and very few institutes provide this course. To get a seat in post graduation of neuroscience, you should have undergraduate degree in any of the lifescience field. Some institutes may ask some other special eligibility criteria.
