Yes, You are eligible to apply for NEET Entrance Exam & AIIMS. As per the eligibility you should have minimum 50% PCB Aggregate score in class 12th as General & 40% as a reserved category. The age criteria is that you should not be more than 25 years as a General category & 30 years as a reserved category. You can check the further eligibility with the given below link.
