Hello dear student, yes you are eligible for the NEET counseling but you will not grab a seat if you are thinking to fill counseling form for the purpose of getting admission in any of the government medical college or dental government college. These marks are not enough as marks at which people are getting seats are above 480 for SC category.  I hope this was helpful.
