The eligibility criteria for appearing in NEET is
- The candidate should atleast be 17 years old by 31st December of that year
- Must have passed class XII with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology as compulsory subjects and securing atleast 50% for General, 40% for OBC/SC/ST and 45% for PwD candidate.
Since you will be completing 17 years of age in July 2021, so, yes you are eligibile to appear for NEET 2021 provided you also clear the other eligiblity details.

Yes, you are eligible for neet 2021 .
This is because, to be eligible for NEET 2021 you need to be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2021 and you fulfill this criteria as you will be 17 years old in July 2021 itself and thus you are eligible for 2021 with your date of birth.
Also,
To be eligible you must pass your class 12th board examination with at least a minimum of 50% marks taken together in PCB in your class 12th board examination if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories . You should also pass English in your 12th examination
