Am i eligible to apply for MSc, I take Physics as major in BSc with Maths and Electronics but not Chemistry as combined subjects. Thank you.

Yes you can apply for Msc in Physics. You did your Bsc in Physics so there is no problem in it to study Msc in physics further.
