Am I eligible to do foreign language course viz. for 1.5 years or 2 years from BHU,JNU or geothe?.. and will I get the placement after the course?.. not bachelor degree.. I'm talking about Diploma degree

Hello,
yes you can take an admission. But after diploma you have to do graduation in anyway. With out graduation you won't get placed in a official process. The basic requirement is graduation in respective branch which varies per job posts.
You can do but for placement you have to do graduation. University keeps test for screening and after that you will get an admission. So if you want to do then prepare well and look for a good career.
