Am I eligible to upgrade from private management quota to state quota seats in bds?

Hey Diya
The seats for these two seat pools are alloted using different ways. While you get a management seat through directly contacting the college authorities, for state quota seat, you have to appear for NEET counselling for that particular state. So you can't just change or upgrade your seat pool like this. There is no way for that.
