Am I eligibleto participate in csab round for some branch if I have a better rank than opening rank

Hi Saiteja,
To participate in CSAB counseling you do not have to get any particular rank. Anyone who has given the exam can participate in counseling, however, college allotment is completely based on the rank you've got. So you should participate in counseling, arrange the college and branches according to your preference. Also, do most of the colleges if not all.
