am i valid for research based job after doing msc+B.ed integrated cource from IITE ?

Yeah! you can work as research assistant under some professor in some universities. Although such kind of positions are contractual i.e., the position will be valid for a brief time period, usually 3 years-5 years. Now if you want to be a researcher or a research scientist then I would say you should go for PhD. During PHD you will get some fellowship as per the government rules of Rs. 31,000 in first 2 years excluding HRA and Rs. 35,000 from 3rd year.

Thus you will have a kind of job and after qualifying phD you can go for Post doc positions which are for research only or you can go for teaching in colleges and on gaining experience you can move to universities in order to be a researcher. This way can be a bit time consuming but if you can go this way in a proper manner then your career will be settled and you can pursue your passion of research.
