Am in class 11 right now, i have opted commerce and will be done with class 12 in 2023. I am not really sure about what career to opt but i do have some ideas like MBA ,BCA or BBA. Please suggest me courses and colleges that can lead me jobs that has 12LPA or higher and also allow me to work abroad.

As you have listed the courses you want to go for after 12th, I would say those courses are good for placement in private and Govt. Sector.
Some of the entrance exam for BBA, BCA includes IPU CET BCA, PESSAT, CUET etc.
Good remuneration is payed by Indian companies for MBA graduates. Outside India they will definitely pay more, and at a higher currency value.
In India, MBA graduate can expect an average starting salary of INR 5 lakh per annum as per the role of Job. Highest starting salary is INR 10 lakhs per annum.
