As you are asking for book recomendation for KCET exam. So for KCET I would suggest you the NCERT textbooks as they are good enough for KCET. But this for only  BIOLOGY. For Physics, you may refer Pradeep's and DINESH'S. For Chemistry, you may go with BOSCO. For Maths, BOSCO again.

At the end I would suggest you to solve previous year question paper.

Karnataka Examination Authority(KEA) will conduct Karnataka Common Entrance Test 2019 in offline mode tentatively in April. KCET is a state level entrance test conducted to invite admissions into various B.Tech programmes offered by government and private institutions of Karnataka. Eligible candidates can apply for KCET 2019 by submitting the online application form expected to be released in February 2019. Candidates preparing for KCET 2019 should ensure that they are well familiar with the syllabus and exam pattern so that they can have a smooth planning of preparation. Practising from previous years papers is the best method of preparation. Through them we come to know about the pattern, difficulty of questions and learn to manage time accordingly. I think in my case having good exam temperament, preparation and time management worked a lot. I think KCET is all about speed and exam temperament. Improve them first by more and more practice strictly in the stipulated time. Don’t panic in between exams. Lastly, I would like to say all the very best to all the future aspirants.
